Position-Capacity Optimization Method for Distributed Photovoltaic Accessing to Distribution Network Based on PV Load Uncertainty Quantification

Abstract As the proportion of photovoltaic grid-connected systems increases year by year, uncertainty output and load has an increasingly significant impact on stable operation distribution network. In this paper, a access location-capacity optimization method in lines based quantification photovoltaic-load is proposed, propagation PV model parameters network power flow calculation node voltage analyzed. This paper proposed improved Sobol’s polynomial development to quantitatively evaluate uncertain parameters, constructed evaluation for quantitative assessment, optimized capacity nodes using goal function line loss minimization, finally verified feasibility effectiveness improving IEEE33 node.
